WILLOW PROCESSING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR APPLICANTS (“TERMS”)

These Willow Processing General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are hereby accepted and agreed to by the applicant identified within the Willow Processing application and interview process ("Applicant"), and constitute a legally binding agreement by and between Broker and Willow Processing, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (the “Company”), with office located at 4742 N. 24th Street #300 Phoenix, AZ 85016. These General Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which Broker may establish an account and conduct business.

By submitting your application, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.1 Truthful Information: You must provide accurate and complete information on your application. Any false or misleading statements may result in disqualification from consideration or termination of employment if hired.

1.2 Employment Eligibility: You must be legally authorized to work in the United States to be considered for employment.

1.3 Background Checks: You consent to pre-employment background checks, including criminal history, credit checks, and employment verification, as may be required by law and company policy.

1.4 Reference Checks: You authorize us to contact your references listed on this application to verify your employment history and qualifications.

1.5 Confidentiality: You agree to keep all information regarding our company, its operations, and its employees confidential.

1.6 Quality Control. Only company managers may record client (licensed loan originator) or applicant telephone conversations with or without use of a warning tone and we may use these recordings for our quality control. We may also maintain a record of all emails sent by or to us. We do not record phone calls (1) made to and from our processors, (2) calls with consumers/borrowers, or (3) calls that contain NPI (non-public information) discussed with consumers and our processors.
