Loan Page: Loan Summary

The Loan Summary is where we store all the recurring notes that we want stored on every file. The notes are dynamic and intelligent, meaning the portal knows which notes to pull on each file depending the lender, loan officer, broker, etc. Update these to stay organized on every file.

Let's consolidate the rest of the processor emails into one. First, always review the emails you are about to send for the first time with someone else who has experience. We try to make things as easy and intuitive as possible but there are still a ew tricks to make sure the processor emails are accurate and formatted correctly. Second, make sure you are using these emails on every file, they will save you a lot of time!
